Our Pediatric Therapy Services

We specialize in mobile pediatric therapy services in Washington, DC, providing flexible care tailored to each child’s needs in their everyday environments — including homes, schools, and daycares.

Our occupational, speech, and physical therapy services focus on improving communication, motor development, regulation, and daily functioning in settings where children naturally live and learn. By working directly within these environments, we partner closely with families and educators to support meaningful progress and real-world success.

Learn more about each of our services below.

Pediatric Occupational Therapy

Pediatric occupational therapy helps children develop the skills needed for everyday independence and success at home and school. We support areas such as handwriting, feeding (including picky eating and problem feeding), executive functioning, emotional regulation, sensory processing, and activities of daily living. Therapy takes place in the environments where these skills are used most, helping children build confidence and practical abilities in their daily routines.

Pediatric Speech Therapy

Pediatric speech therapy helps children strengthen communication skills needed for learning, relationships, and daily life. Our therapists support children with speech sound development, expressive and receptive language, social communication, and fluency. By working in familiar settings such as homes and schools, we help children practice communication skills in real-life interactions.

Pediatric Physical Therapy

Pediatric physical therapy focuses on helping children develop strength, coordination, posture, and gross motor skills such as walking, running, jumping, and climbing. We also address areas like muscle tone and postural control to support participation in school, play, and daily activities. Providing therapy in natural environments allows children to build functional movement skills in the places they use them most.

We went there in 2022 with my kiddo for physical therapy, and had amazing experience.
It was very easy to book an appointment
Triumph Therapeutics Washington, DC
After an intensive search Triumph kept popping up. I reached out via phone and spoked with “the fantastic Ivan”. Who assured me Triumph had the services available to help us. As visitors to DC for just a short period of time we were still in need of some PT.

And they didn’t disappoint!
From the moment you walk into Triumph
Therapeutics space you see their dedication of care for children. The walls are decorated with such whimsy and delight making it so inviting and welcoming.

We had the pleasure to be paired with the lovely Natalia. Who is simply amazing and gentle with her approach, touch and voice. Having worked with many PT’s and OT’s over many, many years. Natalia is not only professional but also clearly loves what she does and her work with babies and children. I can’t recommend her enough to all but especially for parents with infants. Natalia is patient, thorough and her clarity with written instructions made clear how to continue with care at home. And when I had any confusion in regards Natalia, would go over the details again to help me better understand how to do the exercises with ease. Thank you Natalia Baby R and all of us are so pleased with your care and kindness.

Thank you Triumph Therapeutics wishing you continued success and baby is doing great!
This place has truly been a blessing!!! My son was non-verbal until he turned 4. He has been coming here for the past year and this place has him talking and singing and just overall improved his speech and motor skills. The therapists here are awesome especially Ms. Elaine and Gina they are gifts from God!
My daughter was referred to receive OT and PT and we found Triumph Therapeutics. Since attending he appointments, my daughter has opened up more with being slightly more social than usual and is starting to handle more day to day skills on her own. I am also glad to have been introduced to Dr. Andrew the physical therapist because now she gets the help with strengthening her ankles and shins that she needs. All in all everyone is so nice and welcoming and my daughter enjoys coming and looks forward to seeing Ms. Donna, Ms. Camille, Ms. Sierra, and Mr. Andrew every week. Keep up the great work that you do here.
The therapists at Triumph Theraputics are very professional, engaging and creative. When my son first began therapy he was not happy about having to do therapy. He has been consistently receiving treatment has developed a positive attitude about therapy because his sessions challenge him while catering to his current interests. I have noticed improvements with his social skills, independence and verbal communication. I am confident in the program and personal goals designed to enhance and encourage my son’s development. His therapists have also given me personal recommendations to continue engagement outside of his therapy sessions. I am an educated woman that believes in interactive learning. I appreciate the therapists for communicating with me and incorporating his educational experiences with his therapy sessions because it creates a unified effort which is vital to his development. I highly recommend Triumph Theraputics!
My 7 year old loves her sessions with Ms Elaine and looks forward to the every week. We have seen so much progress in her ability to self-regulate her big feelings after just a few appointments!
In 2023, my partner and I were in search of a speech pathologist for our son Sabastian who was 4 years old at time and nonverbal. I searched Google and came across amazing reviews from other parents with nonverbal kids giving their most heartfelt testaments on Triumph Therapeutics’ hand in their kids’ development. We have been part of the TT family for 2 years now and Sabastian is now repeating words he hears verbatim. As a mom who struggled with the fact that my child could not speak, I cannot begin to express the way it feels to finally hear my baby’s voice. Triumph Therapeutic has played such a monumental role in not only Sabastian’s development but also our lives as his parents. I would like to give a special shoutout to his therapist Ms. Briana! She is truly the best and we just thank her so much for the patience and dedication she shows Sabastian every Saturday ❤️ To the owner Mr. O, you have no idea how much our brief talks in the waiting area have meant to me so thank you so much as well. Lastly, I just want to thank office coordinator Kendra for being so prompt and courteous with responding to any questions that I may have.
I can't speak highly enough of Triumph! My 3 yr old has been going for the better part of a year seeing PT with Andrew and OT with Elaine to manage both Autism related needs and muscle disorder related needa. They both have been wonderful with my son. He's made substantial progress working with them! The staff always bends over backwards to accomodate best they can to make sure their patients get what they need. And the therapists take so much care in their therapy work with the kids and are all so patient and dedicated. Again, I can't speak highly enough of Triumph and our experience. I highly recommend considering them for your child's therapy needs.
I can’t recommend Triumph Therapeutics enough. I have seen marked improvement in my child since we have been coming here. The providers and staff show a wonderful degree of care for their patients and their follow-up and communication is truly appreciated.
Triumph Therapeutic is an exceptional speech and occupational therapy center that truly stands out for its caring and loving support for families! The staff is warm and friendly, making everyone feel welcome and at ease. Special shoutout to Ms. Danna in admin support - her kindness and dedication to families is truly commendable! The therapists are not only skilled but also compassionate, providing top-notch care for children. We've had a wonderful experience with Triumph Therapeutic and highly recommend it to anyone seeking therapy services. Five stars isn't enough - they deserve a million stars for their outstanding work!
We’ve had such a wonderful experience with Triumph Therapeutics throughout my daughter Melia’s speech therapy journey. She was diagnosed with an expressive speech delay, and from day one, the team has been incredibly supportive, patient, and truly invested in her progress.

Her current therapist, Brianna, has been great thus far! She creates such a warm and engaging environment that Melia genuinely looks forward to each session. It’s been such a joy to watch her confidence and communication skills continue to grow with Brianna’s guidance.

We also had the pleasure of working with Sorrah previously, who was equally kind, attentive, and impactful in helping lay the foundation for Melia’s progress. His thoughtful approach and connection with Melia made a lasting impression.

We’re so grateful for the care and dedication both therapists have shown. Triumph Therapeutics has truly played a huge role in Melia’s development, and we can’t thank them enough!
I recently had the pleasure of working with Triumph Therapies over the last 6months to support my child's speech and occupational therapy needs, and I cannot express enough how transformative this experience has been for us dispite my insurance company difficulties.

From the very first session, the therapists at Triumph Therapies demonstrated not only a high level of professionalism but also a genuine passion for helping children thrive. They took the time to understand my sons unique challenges and strengths, creating a personalized treatment plan that addressed our specific goals. Their approach was both comprehensive and compassionate, making each session enjoyable for my child.

The speech therapy sessions were particularly impressive. The therapists utilized engaging activities and interactive games that made it easy for my child to learn and practice new skills. I have seen remarkable improvement in my child's communication abilities, and they are now more confident in expressing themselves. The therapists also provided us with practical strategies and exercises to reinforce what we learned at home, which has made a significant difference.

Furthermore, in terms of occupational therapy, the support has been exceptional. The therapists focused not just on improving fine motor skills but also on helping my child navigate everyday activities with greater ease. They incorporated play into the therapy, making it fun and effective. I've noticed improved self-regulation and independence in my child, which has positively impacted their overall development.

Triumph Therapies has also been incredibly supportive and responsive to our needs. My child will be attending school in the bldg this fall so it will be a much smoother transition from school to therapy in contrast to our current situation. The communication with the staff has been outstanding, and they always take the time to answer any questions or concerns we have. Their dedication to their clients and their progress is truly commendable.

Overall, I highly recommend Triumph Therapies to any parent seeking quality speech and occupational therapy for their child. The positive impact on my child's life is immeasurable, and I am grateful for the exceptional care and guidance we have received. Thank you, Triumph Therapies, for helping my child reach new milestones and for being a fantastic support throughout this journey!
We love Triumph! Our child received all of the services and the therapists and front desk staff are amazing. We left for a period of time and then came back because the service is greatz
This office is wonderful!!! From Billing, check in, care support and staff experience, they exceptional. Their talents and dedication has helped our little one blossom in growth. We've noticed great improvements in motor skills, speech and day to day tasks. Thank You!!!
I’ve been bringing my daughters here for a year, and Lindsay has been nothing short of fantastic. Patiently and thoroughly, she’s helped my girls make steady, noticeable progress. She’s always in a good mood (even if my girls have sometimes been fussy), and she provides recommendations for us to continue the work at home.

Other notes:

You can wait in the waiting room, or come inside with your kid. Both are fine.

The parking lot gets busy, but I’ve never not found a spot.

The office is colorful, inviting, and stocked with toys (some of which I’d like to try if they made a version for adults).

Lou (the owner) is a great guy.
I cannot speak highly enough about the exceptional occupational therapy and speech therapy services my 4-year-old son has received. From the moment we began working with Triumph’s team, we have been impressed by their professionalism, expertise, and genuine care for my child’s progress.

In less than five months, we have seen remarkable improvement in areas we once struggled with. The occupational therapy sessions have been incredibly effective in addressing fine motor skills, aggressive behaviors, and transitions between activities. Mr. Lou’s thorough initial evaluation and Ms. Atieh’s creative, engaging approach has not only helped my son develop these essential skills but also made the sessions something he genuinely looked forward to each week.

The speech therapy services have been equally outstanding. Ms. Karah’s tailored strategies and compassionate demeanor has worked wonders for my son’s communication, specifically communicating his emotions and actively listening to/following directions. His vocabulary has expanded significantly and his ability to express himself has improved beyond expectations.

The entire team is warm, supportive, and highly skilled. Ms. Kendra, at the front desk, always greeted us, answered my calls, and handled scheduling our sessions. The team took the time to assess my son’s unique needs and created an individualized plan that truly worked. They’ve also provided us with tools and strategies to reinforce his progress at home and school, which has made a world of difference.

Seeing my son thrive in such a short period is nothing short of incredible, and we owe it all to the dedication and expertise of these amazing therapists. If you’re looking for top-tier pediatric therapy services that deliver real results, look no further. Triumph Therapeutics is truly the best!
The staff is absolutely amazing not only with the kids, but also with the parents. Wouldn’t recommend any other place!
My son has been going for speech therapy and he loves it great staff and recommend
I started bringing my daughter here spring of 2024 for OT. The staff here is amazing and have worked with my daughter on many stages for her development. She has come a long way from when she first started. I highly recommend Triumph Therapeutics.
Watching Noah’s improvement since he started OT at Triumph has been wonderful
Triumph Therapeutics has been a game-changer for our son as he prepared for kindergarten.

Roughly a month before starting school, we brought him to Triumph Therapeutics to improve his fine motor skills, particularly with writing and coloring. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the space. Beyond the welcoming waiting room lies an incredible gym filled with padding, zip lines, swings, rock walls, and other equipment that radiates fun. However, as we observed the sessions, it quickly became clear that this isn’t just playtime—the therapists design customized, targeted exercises for each child. What stood out the most was seeing the kids smiling and genuinely enjoying their sessions.

On our first visit, Mr. Majekodunmi conducted a thorough evaluation. We were invited to sit in and were struck by how detailed and insightful the process was. Afterward, he walked us through each exercise, explaining its purpose and identifying areas where our son needed extra support. He also shed light on potential underlying causes and shared a clear plan for moving forward. We left with a much better understanding of our son’s needs and a sense of confidence in the path ahead.

After four months of working with the team at Triumph Therapeutics, the progress our son has made is nothing short of remarkable. It’s evident in his schoolwork and his confidence. The staff is not only professional and knowledgeable but also warm and welcoming. They provide regular progress updates, and their ability to communicate complex concepts in clear, jargon-free language is incredibly helpful for parents.

We wholeheartedly recommend Triumph Therapeutics to any parents who suspect their child might benefit from additional support. The team’s expertise, individualized approach, and focus on creating a fun and engaging environment make them truly exceptional.
My daughter has had great experience here. Andrew is really patient with my daughter and is always able to provide an alternate exercise if it gets too difficult for my daughter to handle. 10/10
Great things are happening thanks to Mr. Omololu and his dedicated team. We greatly appreciate the insightful feedback we received as a result of their meticulous efforts. Highly recomendend.
They have done great work with our son. Ms. Camille is so wonderful. Thank you to everyone at Triumph!
Triumph Therapeutics is truly FANTASTIC!!! Since day 1, my daughters and I have felt welcome and a real part of the family. Lindsey in particular has been so supportive of my daughters and incredibly knowledgeable, on top of being empathic and warm. I’d recommend Triumph to everyone (and I have previous — and less than optimal— experience with other PT/OT!).

Common Questions About Pediatric Therapy

We provide mobile pediatric therapy, meaning sessions take place in your child’s home, school, or daycare.

By working in familiar environments, we’re able to support your child’s development in real-world situations, while also making therapy more accessible and convenient for your family.
Occupational therapists help children build independence in daily activities like dressing, feeding, writing, and playing. Parents often seek occupational therapy support for challenges related to fine motor skills, sensory processing, or self-care tasks.
If your child isn’t meeting age-appropriate milestones—like saying first words by 12–15 months or combining words by age 2—it may be time to consult a speech-language pathologist. Speech therapy can also help with clarity, social communication, and understanding language.
Pediatric physical therapists address concerns like delayed crawling, walking, poor balance, or coordination. Physical therapy helps improve strength, posture, and mobility so your child can move confidently and safely in their environment.
Behavioral therapy focuses on understanding and modifying patterns of behavior, often used to address emotional regulation, social skills, and ADHD or autism-related behaviors. It complements other therapies by helping children apply learned skills in real-world situations.
